We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, growing brand visibility, and driving online campaigns that align with our business goals.
You will oversee the company’s social media accounts, develop content strategies, manage online communities, monitor trends, and create campaigns that increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, organized, knowledgeable about current social media trends, and passionate about digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others
- Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories, reels, shorts, and audience engagement
- Create and manage social media content calendars
- Monitor social media trends, viral conversations, and emerging digital opportunities
- Grow brand awareness, followers, engagement, and community interaction
- Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, writers, and marketing teams to create compelling content
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, reach, and ROI
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research
- Assist in influencer marketing, partnerships, and brand collaborations
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics connected to social campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Experience creating content strategies that drive engagement and growth
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google platforms is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of content scheduling tools and digital marketing platforms
- Understanding of trends in entertainment, media, lifestyle, fashion, business, or culture is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media campaigns is an advantage
