SENIOR SALES ENGINEER- AIR CONDTIOINING , RERIGERATION ,CONTROLS &BMS

To obtain specifications for Artech2000 products portfolio, through mechanical & Electrical consultants, Architects, Project Managers, end-users, and design build contractors. • Responsible for prospecting and generating new business. • Responsible for the full sales process from lead qualification to closing the deal • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing sales targets (N500m +turn over /per year) • Developing accounts and supporting the wholesale market network Performance Measurement: The successful applicant will be measured on an ongoing basis against agreed sales targets for specifications, secured products & projects. Additional Duties, Responsibilities & Measurements: • Co-ordinating tenders & submittals with designated back-office support. • Promoting entire product portfolio. Input into national sales and marketing strategy, providing feedback on competitor activity, changing customer needs, etc. Person Profile • A strong technical bias, experienced in providing a performance-based product selection service. • Comfortable operating at all levels, including directors of major contractors, architects, consultants, project managers and site-based staff. • Have a Minimum of 6 years’ experience selling HVACR Equipment, HVACR Controls and BMS products to Contractors, Resellers and End-user. • Must have previous connections and proven relationships with M&E Consultants. • Strong selling skills: ability to demonstrate strong track record. • Ideally a Building Services Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with design and application knowledge of both DX System , CHW Systems( Chillers, air handling units, Fan Coils) VRF System, CHW pumps, Duct, Ventilation and Fans. • You will have a high level of technical communication and presentation skills. And ability to present many approved CPDs of York/JCI, ASHREA and CISBE to M&E consultants and Contractors. • Intermediate/advance use of following software is a must! o AutoCAD- MEP o HAP (load calculation Software) o Revit o Sketchup • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word and Outlook, Teams, power point and Dynamic 365 CRM • Valid driving licence. • Be self-motivated and enjoy working on your own but also as part of a team. Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
