ABOUT THIS JOB
As Concierge Coordinator, you will manage high-level personal, executive, and lifestyle coordination services. You will ensure seamless execution of daily requests, bookings, logistics, and personal support services with speed, accuracy, and discretion.
This role requires exceptional responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are communicated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Concierge & Lifestyle Management
- Manage scheduling, bookings, and personal coordination requests
- Ensure timely execution of high-priority and last-minute tasks
- Maintain structured tracking of all ongoing requests
Vendor & Service Coordination
- Coordinate service providers (hotels, transport, maintenance, etc.)
- Monitor service quality and ensure consistent delivery standards
- Manage follow-ups and vendor accountability.
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare itineraries, bookings, and contingency plans
- Support documentation and travel-related logistics
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years concierge, hospitality, or executive support experience.
- Experience in high-pressure service environments.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Excellent communication and service delivery mindset.
