THE ROLE
We're hiring our first Growth Marketing Lead, the person who will own pipeline generation and brand presence at Insight7 from the ground up. This is not a coordinator role. It's a strategic, revenue-driving seat on our GTM team.
You'll be the primary owner of how Insight7 reaches, attracts, and converts the right buyers. That means building our acquisition engine, running paid and organic channels, and creating the measurement infrastructure that tells us what's working. You'll work directly with the founders and our GTM pod to turn marketing into a repeatable growth lever.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the growth engine: Design and implement our full acquisition strategy across paid, organic, content, and outbound-assist channels -- with a clear framework for testing, measuring, and scaling what works.
- Own paid acquisition: Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Manage budget, bidding strategy, creative testing, and optimization to hit CAC and pipeline targets.
- Drive content and SEO: Develop content that ranks, converts, and builds authority in the conversation intelligence and AI coaching space. Own our LLM visibility strategy alongside traditional SEO.
- Run lifecycle and email marketing: Build and optimize nurture sequences, onboarding campaigns, and re-engagement flows using marketing automation to drive conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Define measurement architecture: Set up and own our analytics stack -- GA4, tag management, attribution modeling, and CRM reporting -- so every channel has clean, trustworthy data.
- Report on what matters: Own pipeline contribution, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and channel ROI. Bring clear performance data to the leadership team regularly.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4-6+ years of growth or performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with at least some time in an early-stage or build-from-scratch environment.
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta, with a track record of hitting pipeline and CAC targets.
- Strong grasp of SEO, content strategy, and how to build organic search presence in a competitive category.
- Technical fluency across the marketing stack: Google Tag Manager, GA4, a major CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and marketing automation tools.
- Comfort with data: you can pull reports, interpret trends, build attribution models, and make optimization decisions without waiting on an analyst.
- Strong written communication skills -- you can write compelling copy, not just commission it.
- Self-directed with a builder mentality. You thrive with ownership and don't need a playbook handed to you.
