Business Sourcing Partner (Commission - Based)

Job Summary:The Business Sourcing Partner is responsible for identifying, introducing, and facilitating viable business opportunities for Matrix Design Works. The role involves sourcing qualified clients and projects aligned with the company’s services and supporting engagement as required to enable successful project execution. Engagement under this role is commission-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and refer clients requiring interior design, furniture production and installation, and construction/renovation services Leverage personal and professional networks to generate quality leads Promote company’s services and brand to prospective clients Follow up on referrals to support engagement and project closure

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings with competitive rates based on approved tiers Access to company resources, including operational and technical support, to aid successful deal closure
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition is an advantage. Strong networking abilities with access to potential clients in relevant industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to identify and qualify business opportunities aligned with company services. Self-motivated and capable of working independently under a commission-based agreement.
