Role Summary:
The Repayment Solutions Officer is responsible for supporting customers in resolving loan repayment obligations, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring timely recovery through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp regarding loan repayments
• Follow up on overdue payments and encourage timely resolution
• Provide suitable repayment solutions and support to customers
• Negotiate repayment arrangements where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities
• Monitor loan performance and meet assigned targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in customer service, loan servicing, collections, or related roles
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management systems
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Must own a smartphone

Salary & Benefits:

• ₦75,000 – ₦110,000 (based on performance)
• ₦26,000 phone allowance
• Daily and weekly performance bonuses
