About the Role: Are you a technically savvy and results-driven professional with a passion for HVACR and Building Management Systems (BMS) ? We’re looking for a Sales Engineers to join our growing team and drive business development across Nigeria’s commercial, industrial, Retail and real estate sectors. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet client needs in HVACR, BMS, controls, and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and facility managers. • Ability to identify customer needs and match them with suitable system solutions • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in HVACR and BMS markets. • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations. • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents. • Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Provide post-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: • B.Eng or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. • 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical role in HVAC, BMS, or industrial automation. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs , RTU, VRF/VRV, PAC & RAC ) and control systems. • Familiarity with brands like York, Johnson controls and Daikin, Trane, Honeywell, Siemens, or Schneider Electric. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs. • Experience in preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals • Strong verbal and written communication skills in technical and non-technical language • Experience using CRM tools (Odoo and Dynamic 365) and excel for tracking sales activities. • Willingness to travel across Nigeria. Nice to Have: • Experience in oil & gas, telecoms, or real estate sectors. • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and green building certifications (e.g., EDGE, ASHRAE,LEED). • Membership in COREN, NSE, or other professional bodies.
