Creative Brand Coordinator
Dimaz is seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized individual to support marketing, brand growth, customer engagement, and content development initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, developing campaigns, building partnerships, creating content, and excited to build something from the ground up.
About the Opportunity
This is a hands on creative role focused on building brand awareness, driving engagement, increasing visibility, strengthening customer retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience online.
You will:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions
- Plan and organize social media content across multiple platforms
- Create innovative ideas and programs to attract and retain customers
- Build partnerships and collaborate with creators, influencers, and communities
- Support and manage ongoing communication with customers, collaborators, and brand partners
- Contribute to the overall growth, image, and visibility of the brand

Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media
- Plan, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms for @dimazbrand
- Assist with captions, creative direction, campaign ideas, and trend research
- Help maintain a cohesive and elevated luxury brand image across all platforms
- Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
- Support content shoots and behind-the-scenes creative planning
- Test and refine content strategies to improve engagement and audience retention
Marketing & Program Development
- Design and launch creative marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Develop seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, and customer-focused initiatives
- Brainstorm innovative ways to expand the brand’s reach and visibility
- Research trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
- Create and support programs, campaigns, and collaborations that strengthen community engagement and customer loyalty
- Contribute ideas that enhance the customer experience and overall brand presence
Partnerships & Community Growth
- Assist with influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, customers, and brand collaborators
- Support ongoing communication and relationship management with partners and existing collaborators
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase community engagement
- Support community engagement through DMs, comments, and customer communication
Organization & Brand Operations
- Help organize creative projects and support day to day brand operations
- Assist with email communication and project coordination
- Keep workflows, schedules, and creative tasks organized and running smoothly
- Support projects from idea to execution with strong attention to detail
- Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through completion
Qualifications
- Creative thinker with strong initiative and ideas
- Passion for fashion, branding, social media, and digital culture
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable taking ownership and following through on tasks
- Interest in marketing, content creation, branding, and customer experience
- Excited to contribute to a growing brand long-term
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Photo/video editing experience
- Experience managing social media pages or creating content
- Graphic design, photography, or creative direction skills
