Our client, a reputable organization in the financial services industry, is seeking experienced and results-driven Business Managers / Sales Managers to drive sales performance, lead high-performing teams, and expand business growth within their assigned markets.The ideal candidates will have strong experience in financial services sales and a solid understanding of how the insurance business operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Insurance, Microfinance, or Banking, particularly within the marketing or sales department.
