Personal Assistant (PA) to the Executive Management
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Reports To: Managing Director/CEO
Job Summary
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level, confidential administrative and executive support to senior leadership. This role demands exceptional organization, rapid problem-solving skills, and a polished corporate presentation to seamlessly handle calendar management, corporate communications, and stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact between executive management, internal departments, and external high-net-worth clients or regulators.
- Manage complex calendars, arrange executive schedules, and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Draft, review, and organize confidential correspondence, board memos, pitch decks, and financial reports.
- Organize and take detailed minutes during high-level executive, investor, and board meetings, ensuring actionable items are tracked.
- Oversee special projects, event planning, and ad-hoc operational requests initiated by the executive office.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, English, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, ideally within a fast-paced investment, corporate law, or consulting environment.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in digital tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and task management platforms.
- Absolute discretion and ability to work with highly confidential financial and corporate data.
