Job Summary
Our client, a licensed Microfinance Bank, is seeking an exceptional Head of Human Resources & Administration. The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations, while concurrently supervising day-to-day administrative operations and corporate facilities. We are looking for an individual with deep people-management experience, a proven track record of optimizing workforce productivity, and a passionate commitment to cultivating a high-performance organizational culture
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection pipeline for branch staff, credit officers, and support teams.
- Implement performance management systems (KPIs) to drive employee productivity and accountability.
- Coordinate staff training programs, particularly focusing on customer service, credit analysis, and microfinance practices.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Supervise general administrative tasks including facility management, procurement of office supplies, vendor relationships, and logistics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Administration, Business, or Social Sciences.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHRI) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR/Admin generalist, ideally within the financial services or consulting sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven capacity to handle conflict resolution and staff motivation.
