As we continue to scale across products, services, geographies, and partnerships, we are seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Risk & Compliance Associate Intern to support the organization’s growing legal, regulatory, compliance, and enterprise risk management needs.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to visually represent mDoc’s brand, programs, and impact. The Photographer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that communicates our mission, strengthens brand positioning, and supports communications and marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, creativity, and professionalism, with a strong understanding of storytelling in healthcare and social impact environments.
What You’ll Do
- Capture high-quality photographs for mDoc’s programs, campaigns, events, and digital platforms
- Plan and execute photo shoots, including concept development, location scouting, and lighting setup
- Edit and retouch images to ensure alignment with mDoc’s brand identity and visual standards
- Work closely with the Social Media and Communications Associate to ensure visual content aligns with and strengthens mDoc’s brand positioning across all platforms
- Collaborate with Communications and Creative teams to develop compelling and impactful visual content
- Build and maintain a well-organized and accessible digital library of visual assets
- Document impact stories by capturing authentic and meaningful moments involving patients, providers, and stakeholders
- Support multimedia storytelling efforts, including basic video capture where required
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and tagging of all visual content
- Stay up to date with photography trends, tools, and best practices
- Provide visual content support for internal reports, presentations, and campaigns
Technical Equipment & Photography Skills
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using professional DSLR cameras, particularly the Canon 6D or equivalent full-frame cameras
- Strong working knowledge of a range of lenses (e.g., prime, zoom, portrait, and wide-angle lenses) and their appropriate applications
- Ability to select and use the right equipment and settings for diverse environments, including low-light, indoor, outdoor, and event photography
- Proficiency in manual camera settings, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and focus control
- Demonstrated ability to handle, transport, and store photography equipment with a high level of care and responsibility
- Experience in maintaining equipment, including routine cleaning, safe packing, and proper usage to ensure longevity and optimal performance
- Promptly report any equipment faults, damage, or loss in line with company procedures
Requirements
- Proven professional photography experience (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Strong visual storytelling and creative skills
- Experience working in marketing, media, or brand environments
- Understanding of visual content creation for digital and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in healthcare, development, or social impact sectors is an advantage
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of professional photography experience
- A strong and diverse photography portfolio
- Basic video production skills are an added advantage
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Willingness to travel as required

- Safeguard all visual assets to prevent unauthorized access, use, or distribution
- Adhere to internal guidelines on ethical storytelling and brand representation
- Promptly report any concerns related to consent, misuse of images, or ethical breaches
