Full job description

  • Lead the development and periodic review of the Group’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with subsidiary business plans and market realities.
  • Facilitate annual and quarterly strategy review sessions to track progress, address gaps, and recommend adjustments.
  • Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and produce progress reports for executive leadership.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive risks, and policy trends to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement a Group-wide communications strategy for both internal and external audiences.
  • Draft, review, and edit speeches, press releases, media statements, and formal communications for the GMD and senior leadership.
  • Manage and oversee all official social media platforms for the Group, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, engages target audiences, and supports strategic objectives.
  • Oversee production of publications, including newsletters, brochures, annual reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Enforce brand identity and guidelines across all subsidiaries and communication channels.
  • Ensure the Group’s messaging, visuals, and public representation consistently reflect its identity, values, and positioning.
  • Manage crisis communications and safeguard the Group’s online and offline reputation.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with government agencies, strategic partners, clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Group representation at high-profile events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Facilitate the collection and analysis of stakeholder feedback to guide decision-making.
  • Track and analyse strategic and communications performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports for the GMD.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all communications and strategic activities.
