Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Growth & Content)

We are looking for a high-energy, multi-talented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who doesn’t just post content, but knows how to turn views into active users and loyal subscribers. If you are a creative storyteller who can design, edit, and growth-hack software platforms, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• User Acquisition & Growth: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns specifically aimed at driving downloads, registrations, and paid subscriptions for our software platforms.
• End-to-End Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Explainer videos) that clearly communicate the value of our tech products.
• Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, banners, and carousels for social media, ad campaigns, and app store listings.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our active communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube.
• Campaign & Performance Tracking: Run organic and paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) and monitor key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and monthly active users (MAU).
• Creative Strategy: Brainstorm unconventional, viral, and engaging marketing angles to position our software products ahead of competitors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media growth, or content creation—ideally for a tech startup, SaaS, mobile app, or fintech platform.
• Video Editing Proficiency: Strong skills in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar mobile/desktop editing software.
• Graphics Editing Mastery: Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• The Growth Mindset: A deep understanding of how sales funnels work—you know how to guide a stranger from a social media view to an active, paying platform subscriber.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Quick to understand complex software features and translate them into simple, compelling, consumer-friendly content.
• Location: Must be resident in Lagos, Nigeria.
