Customer Sales Executive

Brandpop is hiring a Customer Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and convert them into sales.

This role combines customer service and sales. You will be responsible for responding to messages, following up on leads, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) promptly

Provide accurate product and pricing information

Convert inquiries into confirmed and paid orders

Follow up with pending customers to drive sales

Process and confirm order details before production

Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements

1–3 years experience in customer service or sales

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good organization and attention to detail

The office is located in Shomolu. Close proximity is preferred. Gbagda, Shomolu , Akoka , Yaba , Surulere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

Education:

• Undergraduate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service , Sales or similar role : 1 year (Required)
• Proven ability to communicate with customers & close sales : 1 year (Required)
• Handling online inquiries (WhatsApp & IG) is an advantage : 1 year (Required)
