Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Brand Representative & Content Assistant who understands students, social media culture, and campus trends.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• enjoys interacting with people,
• is active on social media,
• loves creative content,
• and wants hands-on experience in a growing tech startup.

You will help represent the ExamFlix brand online and offline, support content creation, engage students, gather feedback, and help grow awareness of the platform.

What You’ll Do

Student Engagement & Brand Representation

• Interact with students and gather real feedback about learning challenges
• Help onboard new users and guide them through the app
• Represent the ExamFlix brand during student outreach activities and demo sessions
• Build relationships with students and campus communities
• Support user retention and engagement initiatives

Content & Social Media Support

• Assist in creating engaging student-focused content
• Contribute ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, WhatsApp, and student campaigns
• Help create relatable student content around: study struggles, exam preparation, productivity, campus life and AI learning tools
• Support content shoots, voiceovers, or simple video recordings when needed
• Help monitor trends and viral content opportunities

Product & Team Collaboration

• Test app features and provide detailed feedback from a student perspective
• Work closely with the product and content teams
• Share insights that can improve the student experience
• Assist with community-building and student campaigns

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to students
• Active social media user with understanding of student trends
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Organized, proactive, and dependable
• Comfortable appearing in simple videos or promotional content when necessary

• Experience running a student page, campus brand, or social media account
• Basic presentation/video editing skills
• Student influencer/community experience
• Passion for education, learning, or technology

Job Details

• Contract Duration: Initial 3-month contract (renewable based on performance) with opportunity for long-term/full-time role.
• Location: Yaba, Lagos
• Job Type: Contract (Hybrid)
• Renumeration: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 (Based on experience and skill level)
