Full job description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the setup, customisation, optimisation, and support of recruitment CRM systems for recruitment agency clients.

This is not a generic IT support role.

You will work directly with recruitment agencies to improve workflows, automate processes, optimise systems, and ensure consultants can operate efficiently without admin friction slowing them down.

You must be confident managing CRM projects independently and translating business processes into practical system improvements.

The Role

You should be comfortable working directly with recruitment agency owners, consultants, and operations teams.

  • CRM systems and automation

Responsibilities

CRM Implementation & Configuration

  • Implement and configure recruitment CRM systems (Zoho Recruit preferred)
  • Customise modules, layouts, fields, pipelines, permissions, and workflows
  • Configure recruitment-specific automations and business processes
  • Build efficient consultant workflows inside the CRM

Process Optimisation

  • Understand client recruitment processes and improve operational workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements
  • Help agencies reduce admin work and improve consultant productivity

Integrations & Automation

  • Configure integrations between CRM, email, telephony, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms
  • Support workflow automation and operational efficiency improvements
  • Assist with reporting and dashboard configuration

Data Migration & Onboarding

  • Handle CRM migrations and data imports
  • Clean and structure CRM data where required
  • Train users and support onboarding

Ongoing Client Support

  • Provide CRM support and troubleshooting
  • Handle change requests and system enhancements
  • Maintain documentation and implementation standards

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5–10 years experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong CRM implementation and customisation experience
  • Experience with Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Vincere, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience managing CRM projects independently
  • Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and process improvement
