VACANCY: Telemarketing Officer (Remote)

Salary: ₦40,000 Monthly
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telemarketing Officer to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and promote company products/services through outbound calls and digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Promote company products/services and generate leads
- Follow up on customer inquiries and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Previous telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Must own a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet access
