Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager to identify, engage, and close opportunities with clients in need of software solutions and technology services. You will play a key role in driving revenue by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing relationships across the sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and events.
  • Prepare and deliver product demos and sales presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create and follow up on proposals, RFQs, and sales documentation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper handoff and solution alignment.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at conferences, webinars, or networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales.
  • Solid understanding of software products (e.g., SaaS, web apps, enterprise platforms, APIs).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Technical certifications or training (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Scrum, HubSpot Sales).
  • Prior work with clients in fintech, edtech, healthtech, or logistics sectors.
