Insight7 is an AI-powered conversation intelligence and performance platform that turns calls, meetings, interviews, and conversations into structured insights and measurable performance improvement.
We help sales, customer experience, research, consulting, and people teams analyze conversations at scale to:
- Identify win drivers, objections, expansion signals, and churn risks
- Evaluate performance using AI scoring templates
- Automate QA, coaching, and compliance workflows
- Extract themes and generate reports, training assets, and documentation

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and initial discovery. You’ll work with mid-market and enterprise teams to identify where Insight7 can improve performance, coaching, and decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generate Pipeline: Own outbound prospecting across email, cold calling, and LinkedIn to create qualified meetings.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct initial discovery to understand pain points, workflows, and fit before handing off to Account Executives.
- Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting.
- Product Knowledge: Develop strong understanding of Insight7’s platform and core use cases.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate activity tracking and data hygiene in the CRM.
- Provide Feedback: Share insights from prospect conversations to improve positioning and strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience: 1–3 years of B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Prospecting Skills: Strong cold outreach and qualification skills with consistent pipeline generation.
- Communication: Clear, confident communicator able to engage senior stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Ability to quickly understand business problems and identify opportunity.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Self-Motivated: Competitive, organized, and results-driven.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
