A startup needing a​n AutoCAD Tutor.

We are seeking a skilled and patient AutoCAD Tutor to teach students the fundamentals and advanced features of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling. You will guide beginners and intermediate learners in architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering drawings, helping them produce professional technical drawings and prepare for industry certifications and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Teach AutoCAD fundamentals: interface navigation, drawing tools, editing commands, layers, blocks, and annotation.

Cover advanced topics: 3D modeling, rendering, hatching, dimensioning, plotting, and layouts.

Deliver specialized training for different fields (Architectural plans, Mechanical parts, Structural drawings, Electrical schematics, etc.).

Guide students through real-world projects: floor plans, elevations, sections, isometric drawings, and assembly drawings.

Teach best practices for accuracy, standards (ISO, ANSI), file management, and collaboration.

Create structured lesson plans, exercises, assignments, and portfolio projects.

Conduct live classes, practical workshops, drawing reviews, and one-on-one mentoring.

Prepare students for AutoCAD certification exams and professional work environments.

Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD versions, features, and industry trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–5 years of professional experience using AutoCAD in architecture, engineering, or construction.

Strong mastery of AutoCAD 2D and 3D tools and workflows.

Previous teaching, tutoring, or training experience is a strong advantage.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to absolute beginners.

Portfolio of AutoCAD drawings and projects (required).

Knowledge of related software (Revit, Civil 3D, or SketchUp) is a plus.

Excellent communication, patience, and passion for technical design education.

Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field is an advantage (strong practical AutoCAD experience is prioritized).

Pay: ₦110,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
