We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Consumer Lending Interns to support our consumer lending and sales operations. The successful candidates will assist in customer acquisition, loan processing, documentation, and relationship management while gaining practical experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers for consumer loan products.
• Educate customers on available lending solutions and eligibility requirements.
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure completion of loan processing requirements.
• Conduct preliminary customer profiling and data collection.
• Support loan officers in customer onboarding and account activation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.
• Participate in field marketing and business development activities.
• Assist in achieving loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Previous internship or sales experience is an added advantage.
