Position: Administrative & Customer Service Executive
Location: Abuja (On-site)

Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to join our growing wellness spa. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys creating exceptional client experiences, and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will oversee administrative operations, deliver outstanding customer service, coordinate daily business activities, and provide executive support to the Founder. As the business grows, there is a clear opportunity to progress into an Operations Support or Personal Assistant role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Coordinate appointments and booking schedules.
  • Maintain client records and operational documentation.
  • Welcome clients and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Respond professionally to calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
  • Coordinate activities with therapists, vendors, and service providers.
  • Monitor inventory and support operational efficiency.
  • Track content publishing schedules and liaise with the design/content team.
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Founder when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, front desk, hospitality, or operations support.
  • Experience within a spa, wellness, hospitality, beauty, or luxury service environment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

  • Tuesday – Saturday
  • 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: Off
  • Monday: Remote

Compensation & Benefits
