We are adjusting how we look at promotions, support and hiring to ensure we are providing equal opportunities to women across the organization.

For Indeed's workforce to represent the world around us, we are focusing our efforts to make certain 30% of our population is an underrepresented ethnic minority by 2030.

We recognize that our impact is not only on job seekers, but the suppliers that work with us everyday. By adjusting our procurement practices, we will expand the businesses we support.
