Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Auto Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions and ensure a positive experience throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and feedback while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle services, repairs, maintenance, and appointments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Explain service procedures, repair updates, and expected completion times to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer visits.
• Follow up with customers after repairs or servicing to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle service histories.
• Collect and document customer feedback and recommendations.
• Work closely with mechanics, service advisors, and management to resolve customer concerns.
• Inform customers about available vehicle maintenance services and promotions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
• Ensure customers receive timely updates regarding delays, additional repairs, or changes in service costs.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming customer service environment.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction levels.

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Desk, or the Automobile Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of basic automobile services and maintenance is an advantage.
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Computer literacy and ability to maintain customer records.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with technicians and other workshop staff.

Pay: ₦135,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per week
