Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven International Student Recruitment Officer to recruit and support prospective international students interested in studying abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling students, promoting partner institutions, and guiding applicants through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

This is a remote role requiring strong communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for international education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit prospective students for international study opportunities
  • Provide counseling on available programs, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa requirements
  • Follow up on student leads through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media platforms
  • Assist students with application procedures and required documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners
  • Promote the agency’s services through online outreach and digital marketing activities
  • Meet monthly recruitment and enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and applications
  • Coordinate with partner universities and internal admissions teams
  • Attend virtual education fairs, webinars, and promotional events when required
  • Stay updated on international admission and visa policies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer service, or study abroad consulting is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with international education systems and visa processes is an added advantage
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/smartphone required
