  • Customer Service & Sales: Serve as the first face of the bank, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and educating clients on bank products, services, and digital banking channels.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with account opening processes, conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications, and manage customer databases in compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
  • Teller & Cash Operations: Where the role is combined with a teller function, process deposits, withdrawals, and loan repayments while accurately balancing cash drawers daily.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to Microfinance Bank regulations (e.g., CBN directives) and maintain accurate, confidential records of all transactions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
