It was a quick paced working environment with the chance for growth and learning of new skills and machinery. The workplace culture was friendly and encouraging growth and advancement and self-actualization. The management is good and puts employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction at the basis of all managerial activities.

Awesome colleagues, amazing and fun work place, challenging work environment.
My best work experience so far - the one downside being that sometimes political correctness is considered more important than the humanity or otherwise of management's decisions.
Pros
Great health and pension package, free lunch, fun workspace, great work-life balance
Cons
Long hours, restrictive career growth

Depends on what you do but for the Supply Chain person, no one day is the same.
I learned how to lead, manage up the hierarchy, drive the compelling business agenda in this company. I also developed the scarcity mindset while working here. Good results only stay as good as today, by the next day there is an expectation of improvement.

Management, can be great atimes but atimes also don't have a clue which direction to move especially in tough business environment
Co-workers are great ( but there can be some lack-luster politics) and generally try to out-compete one another which can be fun for Type A personality people.
The hardest part of the job is not being able to drive local innovations that meets the local supply chain needs. The approval process/red-tape is too much and can demotivate.

The enjoyable part of the job is that there's always a new challenge. In fact, things are lined up. As you solve one, there are others waiting. Compensation & benefits is good.
Pros
Great flexibility. Work from home, flexible start/stop time. Great intranet for source of information across the globe
Cons
Advancement is now subjective. Performance as a criteria is no longer a given, you've got to do the politics too.

The longest downtime ever which cost two shift before my reumption to shift. To be very observant and pay attention to every single details.Average management rating. excellent team members. Due to machine failure, one might have to stand through the shift paying attention to every part and when the demain is high, the production could go on for months with no day off. When the production line is good shape, its means good result and healthy team.
Pros
free meal and overtimes
Cons
bad production line, tiresome
