Good place to work for goal driven person. If you are a person that can work to meet target, then it is a place for you. You have to learn team work as a Procter and gamble employee because every role is very key in operational process.
engage with team to brainstorm and share ideas. Leadership and the essence of valuing employees. Leading with courage and by example Amazing culture of respect that promotes work/life balance A highly result driven organization hence lots of mental pressure Working with great minds and lots of support on the job
At Procter and Gamble I learned to work with little or no supervision. My daily job included, but was not limited to providing administrative support to the managing director. I also saw to the day to day running of the office, make travels and training arrangements for staff. Arrange procurement, and take delivery of the same. I managed the non administrative staff ( drivers, security and maintenance staff). Working at Procter and Gamble taught me responsibility and resilience.
Strong interpersonal skills

Awesome colleagues, amazing and fun work place, challenging work environment. My best work experience so far - the one downside being that sometimes political correctness is considered more important than the humanity or otherwise of management's decisions.
Great health and pension package, free lunch, fun workspace, great work-life balance
Long hours, restrictive career growth
In Procter and Gamble, the result you achieve counts a lot as you are given the chance to plan your work according to what you feel fits you. playing table tennis in the afternoon is always fun and help to take work stress off.
Free lunch, Free work wears and protectives
my typical day at work is when i have less work to do. i learnt how to be productive. in terms of management is satisfactory. very good workplace culture. my hardest part of the job is when distributors are not cmplying. when we are celebrating end of the year party
I enjoyed my the quality of corporate exposure i got at Procter & Gamble.Procter & Gamble has a lot of standardised procedures that every staff is expected to follow. The company encourages reapplication rather than outright innovation. I enjoy the level of responsibility given to a young managerial trainee, it makes him grow in the job. Compensation and benefits are among the best. Overall P&G shaped my life
Poor work life balance
Daily Direction System in place. I learned a lot about leadership It was easy managing people because there were lot of system in place. My co-workers are always cooperative Shifting Work life Balance.
Depends on what you do but for the Supply Chain person, no one day is the same. I learned how to lead, manage up the hierarchy, drive the compelling business agenda in this company. I also developed the scarcity mindset while working here. Good results only stay as good as today, by the next day there is an expectation of improvement. Management, can be great atimes but atimes also don't have a clue which direction to move especially in tough business environment Co-workers are great ( but there can be some lack-luster politics) and generally try to out-compete one another which can be fun for Type A personality people. The hardest part of the job is not being able to drive local innovations that meets the local supply chain needs. The approval process/red-tape is too much and can demotivate. The enjoyable part of the job is that there's always a new challenge. In fact, things are lined up. As you solve one, there are others waiting. Compensation & benefits is good.
Great flexibility. Work from home, flexible start/stop time. Great intranet for source of information across the globe
Advancement is now subjective. Performance as a criteria is no longer a given, you've got to do the politics too.
