Poor Work/Life Balance
Working with Proctor and Gamble is one of the best things that have happened to me. I gained sales development experience from start to finish. I learnt dressing culture, customer and employee relationships in a way it does not infringe on the parties involved. P&G is a great place to work in. They have a very good team culture in which everyone opinion is heard and weighed in the decision making process to see the pros and cons in order to pick the best possible method to solve a problem at hand. In conclusion their policies helps the companies growth as well as the employees by building their confidence in voicing out their ideas.
It was a quick paced working environment with the chance for growth and learning of new skills and machinery.
