A very good working environment but your job is not secured. How long you stay at this job is simply by grace as at some point your performance has nothing to do with how good your call handling skill is.

I had a great time working here , I started asking and agents and was promoted to a Team leader.
They recognize hard work and have a great work atmosphere

Outsource Global is an organized company but lacks employers welfare.
No good treatment to staffs, Very low pay, no pension, no health benefits, no holidays.

They are too strict with their staffs.

There is no job security, they can sack you anytime with no remorse.

Great Place to work at, it is pro-youth, pro-women, and has a decent work culture. Reminds me a little of my experience overseas, OG tries to put agents into consideration when making executive decisions, which is generally unheard of in these parts of the world. Promotion in my opinion is on merits, am yet to meet anyone who applied themselves and did not get recognized.

The job itself is good, albeit repetitive and sometime a little boring. The time is great and general ambience and dress code is relaxed.
The staff welfare could use major work. As well as the compensation.

There's a general air of temporariness amongst employees, like its just a place to pass time while waiting for something better so no staff loyalty.

Outsource Global sizes every opportunity to deduct from their staff, they have very unfavorable deductions rules, imagine being deducted N10,000 just for being late to work.............this is just one of many other deductions, working hours not favorable 2.30pm to 11.30 and 3.30pm to 12.30pm.

Agents(staffs) are not allowed to do anything else while on their system other than take calls.........u cant even check your own email.


There is deduction for everything even overshooting of breaks, they have really short breaks.


Productivity time is 200% daily , you're expected to be taking calls back to back ..........the input by the staff is not equal to the output by company.


Here is the trick, new agents are placed on a nesting period where you have to take or make automated calls and sell company products, you'll then be given a target , if u do not meet target, you'll be taken off, same goes to old agents , every day is a constant fight to keep your job.


Company tells you not to avoid calls, zero tolerance to call avoidance but your performance statistics are are calculated based on your total calls, agents are also laid off based on calls and sells and if u avoid calls and you do not meet the necessary number of calls for a day, you'll be flagged red.


taking too many calls places you on PIP (performance in progress) and if by two weeks u cant get off PIP you'll be taken off by the company.

Well, my role is to manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls. On some days you get to talk to amazing claimants while you talk to belligerent ones on other days.
The job has taught me to be more patient with customers and its improved my spoken English. Hardest part of the job is having to deal with bad network or bad leads but other than that, with enthusiasm and hardwork, youll always meet your targets. Most enjoyable part of the job is hitting your daily target ... & oh, break times. :)

outsource global is a great company, what i love most about this company is the fact that they endeavor to improve the input and output of the staff by constantly training them in customers services courses, also they take the welfare of their staff very serious.
