A very friendly and productive environment.

I took part in the 2019 Microsoft Graduate Trainee Programme, Gems is a really nice place to be and the environment is really conducive for learning. The management has the zeal in raising and training software developers and consultants. They always give you a reason to challenge yourself and push yourself to your limit. Big Thanks to Gems!!!

Good place for career development.

Gems is a fun loving place to work, despite the busy schedules the team always find time to unwind. Most especially when not on site and in the main office there are exciting things to talk about and engage in. Hardest part of the Job are when at Client site with targets and deadlines to be achieved.

A productive and Interesting workplace

Gems has a good work environment, with excellent ERP consultants that gives a 101% for customer satisfaction. Gems is definitely a place that promotes personal and career development. You get to learn from the very best, and everyone is given equal chance on the job.

If you are looking for a place to develop your skills in Business Solution Consulting then Gems Consulting is the BEST place to be. Gems has added a lot of value to me intellectually and financially. It is a place with enormous potentials and opportunities. It is a place where you are thought to value professionalism above money. It is a place where fairness to all and respect for one another is key. At Gems, once you become a Consultant, the company buys you a car to enhance your mobility (at no cost to you). Gems has never failed to pay salaries and allowances to staffs as at when due. At the end of every year, Gems does profit sharing amongst all the employees including drivers and cleaners. Every year employees are sent on international trainings, events and seminars.

It gave me oportunity to travel round Nigeria

I started as a trainee programmer working on an ERP known as Navision Financials, i worked as a Network Engineer and System engineer theerafter. the beaty of working with GEMs is that being a consulting firm i worked for different companies and i traveled to so many states in Nigeria. The hardest part of the job is the salary, it was not encouraging at all.
