Gems is a Nigerian company with international standard

Working in Gems has been very pleasant and I have grown a lot in ERP knowledge and administrative skills. Lots of people reluctantly go to work due to work place stress but I’ve always looked forward to coming to work here.

A very good place to start work as a fresh graduate as it helps in Career Development and learning skills.

Gems Consulting is a very good organization with a good vision being pursued. It offers training to people and as a result not requiring importance of experience in the mode of operations. It helps staff build career development and proficiency in what they do. Also, there's great team work and all staff whether high level or lower level staffs have a good interpersonal relationship.

. Management is doing well. Workplace culture is accomadative. The hardest part of the job is that you need to know alot. The most enjoyable part is learning new things day by day and exposure.

Friendliness And Profesionalism in Service Delivery

A typical work day is fun and deliverable driven. Learning to practise team work and project collaboration between consultants of areas of specialty. The hardest part of the Job is to be able to manage client and at the same time stay within the project scope while meeting customers satisfaction.

A very Productive company.

On a normal day Gems consulting is a very serious environment, They are all about Providing quality services to their clients. In Gems consulting due to the Research facilities, Learning New things is something one looks forward to on a regular basis. Gems have a proper management system, which is well organised, They have good working ethics also, which makes staffs to have more enthusiasm to be more productive.

Challenging Environment, Always something to do.

Every day there is always a new client requirement, support to deal with, you may need to physically visit the client. I have learnt that you need to carve out your own success in life. There is no reason to fail, even when left alone with daunting tasks. My co- workers are caring people, i enjoy the team spirit Management is ok. Although many employees are not comfortable with appraisal system When you are asked to support a client and you are given absolutely no clue of customer's process flow. Working outstation, so much opportunity to go touring.
