Most enjoyable part of the job is the brainstorming sessions to solve client issues and the rush to meet deliverable deadline
Hardest part of the job is the long hours! especially given that the salary does not measure up with the time spent on the job

Deloitte offers great learning opportunities. They are so good in training employees. I believe it is a good place to start one's career because you get exposed to different types of projects, thus the person is well equipped and can work in any industry of choice with the knowledge gained. To an extent one can enjoy work - life balance and the employees are very friendly.

Innovative approach towards external audit and risk assessment

A typical work day starts at 8 am and ends at 5pm with 1 hr lunch break.
The work is very demanding and requires you to work extra hours , closing time is 7pm on the average
There is no compensation for extra hours worked.
