Overall a good place to work, we even get free health care insurance, 30 days annual paid leave and occasional benefits. The Management though is very faulty and salaries are most times delayed
You lose control of your time and have to work around the clock to meet deadlines all on a below par pay. if you want a job just to get by then this is the place, but if you’re looking for work life balance, and good pay then try elsewhere.
Pros
Free lunch once a month
Cons
You take your work everywhere with you and no annual leave
Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
