About the Role
We are seeking to engage a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and customer support services. The situable candidate will be required to possess excellent communication skills, strong time-management abilities, and the capacity to work independently under little supervision while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.
Schedule meetings and coordinate virtual events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Customer Service
Client generation drive.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Follow up with clients and maintain positive relationships.
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish social media content.
Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments.
Assist with content creation and marketing campaigns.
Data Management
Perform data entry and client database updates.
Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
Operational Support
Assist with monthly general corporate client generation drive and growth management.
Track client deadlines and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
Support team members with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in the use of virtual assistant tools.
Undergo an entry probation test to practically demonstrate your strong verbal communication and comprehension skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years experience in an administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant role.
Experience managing emails, schedules, and customer communications.
Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is an advantage.
Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools is desirable.
Technical Requirements
Reliable laptop, smartphone or desktop computer.

Basic knowledge of Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
