Job Description The Customer Experience Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ibadan. The person in this role will serve as a primary point of contact for learners and partners, responding to inquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities include resolving issues, guiding prospective learners through program options, and ensuring that students receive timely updates about enrollment, schedules, and learning resources. The associate will track and follow up on feedback, monitor satisfaction levels, and escalate complex concerns when necessary. They will also collaborate with academic and operations teams to improve processes, keep records accurate and up to date, and contribute to a welcoming environment for all learners.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience capabilities to ensure a positive journey for learners and partners.
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of learner engagement and retention.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for managing calls and other communication channels effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information in a clear and supportive manner.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requests, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and customer support platforms; experience in an education or training environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ibadan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, inclusive attitude toward all learners.
