JOB VACANCY: ASSISTANT PROGRAMS MANAGER

About NBO Foundation- NBO Foundation is committed to creating meaningful social impact through community-focused initiatives across areas including education, healthcare, youth empowerment, community development, and environmental sustainability.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, project management, NGO/non-profit operations, community development, administration, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting community projects, social impact initiatives, CSR programmes, or development projects will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, activities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project trackers, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, meeting notes, project updates, and other documentation.
  • Willingness to participate in field visits and community-based activities.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Proactive, resourceful, dependable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
