*Job Summary*

The Floor Manager is the operational engine of the Milk and Honey floor, directly supervising the daily production of pastries and the preparation of beverages. This role ensures that the kitchen, barista station, and customer service area run at peak efficiency from opening to closing. The Floor Manager focuses on quality control, immediate staff supervision, and maintaining an immaculate presentation environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Daily Operations Oversight: Manage the daily opening and closing routines, delegating tasks to bakers, baristas, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily workflows.

Production & Quality Control: Monitor the assembly line to ensure pastry recipes, baking precision, and beverage brewing standards are consistently hit.

Floor & Counter Presentation: Ensure that display cases are beautifully stocked with fresh pastries and that the beverage bar remains clean, organized, and inviting.

Staff Supervision & Workflow: Actively manage the floor team's daily output, addressing bottlenecks immediately and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Hygiene & Equipment Maintenance: Enforce strict, continuous cleaning schedules for production machinery, ovens, espresso machines, and guest areas.

*Job Requirements*

OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Science, or a related discipline.

2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced café, bakery, or restaurant setting.

Deep practical knowledge of pastry handling and beverage/coffee service operations.

Outstanding problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to floor leadership. Full-time
