Job Title: Media Operations Trainee (NYSC)

Location: Lagos (Hybrid) - 3 days on site
Type: NYSC Placement / Entry Level
Role Overview
Cybertron Ads is looking for a Media Operations Trainee (NYSC) to support the execution, monitoring, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns.
This role is ideal for a corps member interested in advertising, media operations, ad tech, and programmatic platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real campaigns, clients, and media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns
- Support ad trafficking, scheduling, and basic campaign QA
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure ads are running as planned
- Assist with tracking links, pixels, and basic performance checks
- Help compile daily and weekly campaign reports
- Work with Client Services and Sales teams to support live campaigns
- Flag delivery issues, ad downtime, or discrepancies
- Maintain organised campaign records and documentation
Requirements
- NYSC corps member or recent graduate
- Interest in advertising, media, or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of digital ads (display, social, mobile is a plus)
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any ad platform
- Basic knowledge of analytics or reporting tools
- Previous internship or school project in marketing or media
