About Us

Red Deer Global Academy is a Ministry-inspected Ontario private high school (BSID: 885883) offering the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) to international students through online and partner learning centers worldwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Partnership Manager in Nigeria to lead student recruitment and partnership development for our OSSD programs. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for candidates with strong networks in the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Red Deer Global Academy’s OSSD programs in Nigeria
  • Develop partnerships with international schools, learning centers, and education agencies
  • Recruit and support students interested in Canadian high school pathways
  • Organize marketing activities, presentations, and local outreach
  • Provide accurate program information to students, parents, and partners
  • Work closely with RDGA Canada team to support enrollment and growth

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the OSSD program and Canadian education system
  • Established network with international schools, learning centers, or education agents
  • Based in Abuja (preferred) or major Nigerian cities
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or international education
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
