With Tracheids HLX, you’ll have an AI agent supporting you with the work around teaching, so you can focus on teaching, mentoring, and impacting lives. Our AI agents will handle your class reminder, Curriculum creation, lesson note creation, Quizzing your students afterwards, grading them, giving corrections on their mistakes and providing personalized feedbacks, gamifying them on a leaderboard, reporting your students' learning progress, helping with more students acquisition via our marketplace (after marketplace verification) and always follow up with outstanding payments so that you can fully focus on teaching while your students learn from you and AI Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive online lessons in your area of expertise.
  • Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to students’ learning needs.
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism during online classes.
  • Enjoy Tracheids HLX’s AI agent tools to support curriculum development and lesson-note creation.
  • Keep students accountable through automated learning activities and follow-ups.
  • Monitor student learning progress and issues through AI-powered performance insights.
  • Encourage student participation and healthy competition through gamified leaderboards.
  • Monitored the streamlined student communication.
  • Provide students with traceable transcripts and certificates upon meeting program requirements.
  • Keep track of payments with AI-assisted reminders and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of at least one subject area.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable device for online teaching.
  • Ability to use video conferencing tools and digital learning platforms.
  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
  • Relevant academic qualifications or certifications are preferred.
