We are seeking a confident, personable, and results-driven Sales Representative who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and representing the company.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment while consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable luxury shopping experiences for all clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.

· Develop a deep understanding of Tiffany Amber products, collections, services, and brand values.

· Identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.

· Manage customer inquiries, appointments, reservations, and follow-up communications professionally.

· Support clientele initiatives by maintaining accurate customer records and nurturing VIP client relationships.

· Ensure merchandise, displays, and store presentation consistently meet luxury brand standards.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using designated systems and procedures.

· Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, stock counts, and product transfers.

· Promote new collections, products, services, events, and brand campaigns to customers.

· Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.

· Utilize CRM systems, sales tools, and digital platforms to track customer interactions and sales activities.

· Support fashion shows, private shopping events, brand activations, and promotional activities when required.

· Ability to upsell and link sales seamlessly

Qualifications and Professional Experience

· Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, retail, customer service, or relationship management.

· Experience within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, wellness, or premium service industries is highly desirable.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
