Reports to: Business Development Manager (in Charge of the Regions)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Sector: Medical/Health

Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000

Our client is seeking to urgently recruit a Sales Representative to support our growing presence in the region. They are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive sales of IVD products, equipment, and reagents across Rivers state and neighbouring states.

● Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and key stakeholders

● Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the state/region

● Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

● Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings where required

● Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights

● Ensure effective follow-up, customer satisfaction, and account management

Requirements

● Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, preferably within the IVD or medical diagnostics industry

● Must be based in Abuja.

● Strong knowledge of laboratory products, equipment, and reagents is an added advantage

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

● Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

● Willingness to travel within the Northern region

Pay: ₦350,000.00 per month
