startimes is currently recruiting smart, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our growing customer service team in the Abuja Zone.

Position: Call Centre Agent

Location: Abuja, FCT

Company: StarTimes Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional phone and digital communication channels.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, patience, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer complaints, inquiries, and service requests.

Provide accurate information about company products and services.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Follow company communication procedures and policies.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Support customers with subscription, payment, and technical-related issues.

Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in any related field.

Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations is an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to speak English fluently.

Ability to communicate in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an added advantage.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

Must reside in Abuja or its environs.
