Store Assistant / Sales Rep

About the Role

Hertunba is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Store Assistant / Sales Associate to support our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, managing inventory, packing and shipping products, and responding promptly to customer inquiries across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store.
• Provide product information and make sales recommendations.
• Process customer purchases and maintain accurate sales records.
• Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1–3 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using social media for customer engagement.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer literacy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fashion retail.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
