Full job description
A Lead Officer is expected to play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, guests, and team. Optiva Capital Partners is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team. The Lead Officer would be the first point of contact for anyone entering our premises. A lead Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering inquiries, directing visitors, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure work stations as well as all equipment are in good working conditions.
- Conduct professional assessment of prospects before assigning them to Customer Engagement.
- Document all client information adequately and send daily reports of all activities.
- Update of client status upon visit (Qualified or not Qualified).
- Uphold security protocols and sign-in procedures.
- Maintaining a database of all client visit.
- Ensure there is daily attendance sent to the HR.
- Assisting with client related issues of the RMs.
- Ensuring a smooth work place for both our clients and staff.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- At least NYSC discharge certificate.
- At least 3 years Working experience is an added advantage
Pay: From ₦650,000.00 per month
