A Lead Officer is expected to play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, guests, and team. Optiva Capital Partners is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team. The Lead Officer would be the first point of contact for anyone entering our premises. A lead Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering inquiries, directing visitors, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure work stations as well as all equipment are in good working conditions.
  • Conduct professional assessment of prospects before assigning them to Customer Engagement.
  • Document all client information adequately and send daily reports of all activities.
  • Update of client status upon visit (Qualified or not Qualified).
  • Uphold security protocols and sign-in procedures.
  • Maintaining a database of all client visit.
  • Ensure there is daily attendance sent to the HR.
  • Assisting with client related issues of the RMs.
  • Ensuring a smooth work place for both our clients and staff.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • At least NYSC discharge certificate.
  • At least 3 years Working experience is an added advantage

Pay: From ₦650,000.00 per month
