Responsibilities:

Audit and Quality Control:

• Monitor and review daily application counts so team output is accurately tracked
• Perform quality checks on resumes for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards
• Supervise application submissions and make sure assigned deadlines are consistently met
• Track weekly client interview outcomes and report updates for review and improvement

Team Supervision and Accountability:

• Assign clients to team members based on workload, capability, and operational needs
• Reallocate clients and responsibilities when leave, absence, or workload changes require it
• Ensure delegated access, client documents, and required resources are shared with team members
• Confirm email and drive access are set up at least one day before client applications begin
• Maintain organized internal folders to support collaboration and document management

Human Resources:

• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring new team members
• Onboard new hires and make sure they have the access, tools, and guidance they need to start well
• Manage leave requests and approvals, and keep accurate leave records
• Coordinate with management on staffing needs, coverage plans, and workload during team absences
• Address team members' HR-related questions and concerns, escalating to management where appropriate
• Maintain organized, confidential HR records and documentation
• Support performance management and help uphold company policies and standards

Lead Management and Support:

• Support lead sourcing and help identify suitable job opportunities where needed
• Assess when Career Strategists need lead support and coordinate new client assignments
• Handle client service concerns and work with the leads team to support client satisfaction

Resume Template Creation:

• Oversee the timely creation and maintenance of resume templates for assigned clients
• Ensure templates are well structured, accurate, and suitable for client applications

Email and Communication Management:

• Respond promptly and professionally to emails from clients, team members, and internal departments
• Keep communication clear on client matters, team progress, and operational updates

Additional Duties:

• Take on other duties assigned by management to support team objectives and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Proven 3 years' experience in a team lead, supervisory, or operations coordination role
• Strong attention to detail, with experience reviewing resumes or other documents for quality
• Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and team members at once
• Comfort with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and delegated access management
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable in a remote environment
• Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for remote work
