Job Title: Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor

Location: Wuyi, Abuja
Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly

Job Summary

Our client, a reputable hospitality establishment in Wuyi, Abuja, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, supervising service teams, maintaining operational standards, and driving efficient food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and supervise waiters, bartenders, and service staff to maintain excellent service standards.
• Conduct shift briefings, assign workstations, and coordinate service activities with the kitchen.
• Ensure accurate POS billing, cash handling, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve service-related concerns, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, beverage usage, wastage, and breakages while ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate banquet and event service operations to ensure successful execution.
• Prepare and submit daily operational, sales, inventory, attendance, and incident reports.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel, restaurant, lounge, or food & beverage operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, POS systems, stock control, and guest service management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
