*Salary:* ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly (net) + performance-based incentives

*Job Summary*

HRLeverage Africa, the pan-African workforce management company is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the client restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, efficient cost management, and exceptional guest satisfaction while leading a motivated and professional team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage all restaurant and bar operations to achieve business goals.

Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure top-quality service standards.

Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory control.

Develop and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.

Plan, update, and innovate menu offerings with the culinary team.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.

*Requirements:*

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management within a hotel or busy restaurant/bar.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proven experience in cost control, stock management, and team coordination.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
