We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen, customer service, dispatch, and inventory teams while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and order fulfillment process.
  • Ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately, on time, and according to specifications.
  • Coordinate with customer service, kitchen, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Supervise, motivate, and manage kitchen and operations staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
  • Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.
  • Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing restaurant, cloud kitchen, catering, or food service operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Experience managing online food ordering and delivery operations is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
