Location: Wuse 2, Abuja.

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000

Role Summary
Responsible for supervising front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth service delivery, and effective coordination between the restaurant floor and kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise waiters, runners, and support staff during service.
  • Ensure tables and service stations are properly set up before service.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen on order timing and service flow.
  • Conduct pre-service briefings with the team.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
