The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all outlet operations to ensure efficiency, consistent quality, excellent service, achievement of targets, effective budget management, and successful launch of new outlets.

Key Responsibilities

*Multi-Outlet Operations Oversight

*Budget Management & Financial Accountability

*Sales & Target Achievement

*New Outlet Development & Expansion

*Staff Supervision & Performance Management

*Inventory & Stock Control Oversight

*Quality Control & Compliance

*Reporting & Accountability

*Process Improvement & Coordination

Key Deliverables

*Achievement of sales and performance targets

*Effective budget management and cost control

*Successful setup and launch of new outlets

*Standardized and efficient operations

*Strong staff performance and accountability

*Accurate inventory control and bin card compliance

*Timely and accurate reporting

*High customer satisfaction and service consistency

*Compliance with operational, quality, and financial standards
